Questions
What if I order after 3pm?
Order by 3pm on the next business day for same-day delivery, or choose standard delivery: in-stock pieces leave our warehouse within 2 business days and take about 2–3 business days to reach Melbourne addresses. See delivery times and costs.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Same-day delivery runs Monday to Friday, except Victorian public holidays.
Can I get a made-to-order colour the same day?
No – made-to-order colours take about 3–7 weeks before they leave our warehouse. Only pieces marked In stock can be delivered the same day.
How heavy are the boxes?
A 2m Nova Sofa Bed box weighs about 40 kg – two people can carry it. We deliver to your front door; check doorways, stairs and lifts with our measuring guide.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping in Victoria is $15 up to 20 kg, $69 for 20–50 kg and $98 over 50 kg. Same-day delivery adds $50. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
