Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you order from ozsofa.com. The seller is ozroomy (ABN 12 782 335 820), trading as OzSofa. Questions: support@ozsofa.com.

1. Orders

When you place an order you will receive an email confirming we have received it. If we cannot supply an item (for example, a pricing or stock error), we will contact you and refund anything you have paid for that item.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars. Shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and state and shown before you pay. We accept card payments and PayPal at checkout. Discount codes must be entered before you check out.

3. Made-to-order items

Items marked Made to order are made after you order. Lead times are on each product page and on our delivery page; they are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Australia only. Delivery times, costs and what happens on the day are set out on our delivery page.

5. Colours and photos

We photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours vary between screens. If colour matters, order a fabric swatch first.

6. Returns, refunds and warranty

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
