How we keep prices down
We sell online only – no showroom rent – and ship straight from our warehouse in Melbourne. Most of our sofas are foam-based with no metal frame or fold-out mechanism, so they pack down into a box, cost less to ship and have fewer parts that can break.

- Clear delivery times – in-stock colours leave Melbourne within 2 business days, and the checkout shows an estimated delivery date for your postcode.
- A 30-day home trial – live with it first, with free pickup across much of Melbourne if it isn’t right.

How an order works
- You order online. The checkout shows shipping (worked out by weight and state) and an estimated delivery date for your postcode before you pay.
- We pack it in Melbourne. Colours marked In stock leave within 2 business days; made-to-order pieces take about 3–7 weeks.
- It travels to you. Transit takes about 2–3 business days to Melbourne metro and up to 10–14 to Perth – see delivery by city.
- It arrives in a box. Delivery is to your ground-floor front door, Monday to Friday. Foam sofas arrive compressed – allow 6–10 hours for the foam to fully expand.
