Our foam pieces arrive compressed in boxes, so they are much easier to take upstairs or into a lift than a framed sofa. 30-day home trial and returns
Live with it for up to 30 days. If it isn't right, tell us within 30 days of delivery: we collect it free in our Melbourne free-pickup zone. Anywhere else, drop it off or send it back to our Melbourne warehouse at no charge, or we can arrange the pickup for 20% of the order price. The original delivery charge isn't refunded. Arrived damaged? Send us an unboxing video and your receipt within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost. Read the full policy.
Warranty
