We deliver within Australia only. Every order is sent from our warehouse in Melbourne.

Once a sofa or chair has left Melbourne, transit usually takes:

The checkout shows an estimated delivery date for your postcode before you pay. If your cart has items with different lead times, the estimate follows the slowest one. Times are estimates and can change with carrier availability and public holidays.

Shipping is worked out from the total weight of your order and the state you live in:

For example, a 2m Nova Sofa Bed weighs about 40 kg and an L corner about 90 kg. The exact amount is shown at checkout.
On the day
- Delivery is to your ground-floor front door, Monday to Friday (not public holidays).
- Foam sofas arrive compressed in a box. Allow 6–10 hours after unpacking for the foam to fully expand.
- Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, film the unboxing and email support@ozsofa.com within 30 days – see our returns policy.
