Once your order is received, we will promptly place it with our factory. Production typically takes about one week. If some popular fabrics are out of stock, the timeline may vary depending on availability. After production is completed, we will take a video of your sofa and send it to your email. Your order will then be handed over to the logistics company, and the estimated delivery time will vary based on the delivery option you choose.
We offer a range of delivery options tailored to your location:
United States: Standard delivery typically takes 5-8 weeks, while express delivery is estimated at 2-3 weeks.
Australia: Standard delivery takes approximately 6-10 weeks, while express delivery is available with an estimated time of 2-3 weeks.
Nova Sofa Bed: Nova has its own faster delivery times. In-stock colours are dispatched within 2 business days and arrive in about 2–18 business days depending on your area; made-to-order colours usually arrive within 3–7 weeks. See the Nova Sofa Bed page for transit times by city.
New Zealand: Standard delivery takes approximately 7-10 weeks, with express delivery options estimated at 2-3 weeks.
We currently support delivery to the United States, Australia, New Zealand.
Ozsofa is primarily a made-to-order sofa business, allowing customers to customize their sofas from our fabric samples.
For some products made from high-density materials, they are compressed for shipping. To ensure the best experience, please allow 8-12 hours for the sofa to fully expand before use.
Yes! All our products support customization. For detailed fabric sample information and available color options, please contact us through support@ozsofa.com. Our customer service team will share the latest fabric samples with you and arrange your preferred color.
Our current warehouse is overseas, but we are in the process of establishing our first local warehouse in Australia, expected to be ready next year. We are also exploring the possibility of opening other shops outside Australia.

How do I place an order?
Choose your product and colour, add it to your cart and check out. If you have a discount code, enter it on the cart page before you check out. For a custom colour, add it to the order notes at checkout.
Can I see the fabric before I buy?
Yes. Order a fabric swatch pack to see and feel each available colour and texture at home before you choose.
What is your returns policy?
If you change your mind, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt; return postage is paid by you. If your order arrives damaged, send us an unboxing video and your receipt within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost. What does the warranty cover?
Our products come with a 3-year warranty. Quality issues within the warranty period, such as peeling, rusting, structural damage or deformation, are replaced free of charge once approved. Email support@ozsofa.com with your receipt, unboxing video and photos or a video of the issue. Details are in our warranty policy.
How do I clean my sofa?
Care depends on the product, so check the Materials and care section on its page. Many of our sofas and sofa beds have removable covers that can be washed; for delicate fabrics we recommend hand washing or dry cleaning at low temperatures.
How big is the Nova sofa bed, and how fast does it arrive?
The Nova Sofa Bed is 200 cm long and 100 cm wide with a 40 cm seat height, and unfolds into a double bed in seconds. In-stock colours are dispatched within 2 business days; made-to-order colours usually arrive within 3–7 weeks. Transit times by city are listed on the Nova page.
