Product Care:
The bed cover can be dry cleaned, machine washed, or hand washed. However, we recommend dry cleaning or hand washing. Frequent machine washing may damage the fabric fibers and cause the cover to become deformed.
It is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C using a mild or extra-gentle detergent.
Turn the fabric inside out when washing to preserve its quality.
Delivery Time:
We currently ship to Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. Two shipping options are available: Air Freight, with delivery times of approximately 2–3 weeks, and Sea Freight, which takes around 6–10 weeks. All orders are shipped directly from our Hong Kong warehouse.
Usage Note:
After unpacking, it may require 6-10 hours to fully expand and regain its original shape.
