Warranty
Every product comes with a 3-year warranty. Quality issues within 3 years of receiving your order, such as structural damage or deformation, are replaced free of charge once approved. Email support@ozsofa.com with photos, your receipt and unboxing video. Warranty details.
Cover can be dry cleaned, hand washed or machine washed. We recommend dry cleaning or hand washing at up to 30°C with a mild detergent; turn the cover inside out. Frequent machine washing can damage the fibres and change the cover’s shape.
